The location of this place was amazing; I would love to visit again.

The room was very pleasant, clean, well decorated, and relatively spacious. The staff was very nice and let us check in early and stay in the lobby late due to our train schedule. Free wifi too.

The location could have been a little better. We had about a mile walk to get into the more interesting section of town.

Wonderful staff made us feel welcome and understood our poor French.

No Tea, coffee, kettle in guest rooms.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was savoury with lovely decaf coffee and cheese and ham. Location: the hotel was right by very clean as well as quiet neighbourhood.

Its location just a short stroll away from a large pedestrianised square was great. I got savoury and tasty breakfasts with ham and cheese, as example...

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and not far from the train station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a nice selection including lovely decaf coffee.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there's nothing I can fault.

We were pleased with our recent stay at Cit'Hotel. The rooms had just been newly decorated, giving them a fresh and modern feel. We also appreciated the convenience of having a lift, especially as we were on the 4th floor. The location, while not right in the city center, was still close enough to easily reach by taking the nearby tram. Additionally, we were glad to have parking available at a nearby facility. Despite some minor complaints, such as the lack of a 'lounge' area and the repetitive breakfast options, we found our overall experience at Cit'Hotel to be positive. I would recommend this hotel.

During my trip to Nancy I stayed at this hotel twice due to the fact it was close to my friend's home. The room was clean and the hotel relatively quiet. The staff was professional in nature.

I did have some issues though. One was the lack of water pressure in both rooms. The other was I was placed two times by the elevator. Which happened the last time I visited Nancy. Maybe all single rooms are located by the elevator? And the last observation was I could not check in until 18:00 on last evening.

I stayed in a comfy double room that had a kettle, which was a nice touch ☕. the room also had a shower, hair dryer, and they even provided bath sheets, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Clean and modern room with comfortable bed. Good value breakfast. Pleasant staff offering warm service. Convenient location within walking distance to the city center and close to public transportation.

Couldn't stay longer.
